How can I download the tax invoice on Hotmart?
If you’d like to get the invoice for an international purchase made through Hotmart, please contact Hotmart Support and submit your request. Our team will send the invoice to you by email.
How can I request my tax invoice from the Producer who sold me the product?
If you need to contact the Producer to request your tax invoice, look for the contact information available on the Payment Page, in the Purchase Terms, and in the purchase/access confirmation email you received:
On the Payment Page, the Producer’s email address is available at the bottom of the page. Simply click “Please contact” to view it.
In the purchase/access confirmation email, you can check the transaction details and, at the end of the message, you will also find the Producer’s contact email.
